well, we did a short warm-up and then started the race. I don't really know what came over me, i was mentally ready and i felt physically ready for this race. Although my hip was hurting a little. i felt good the first half of the race but the second half i was dying, and i really don't know why. Not happy with my time at all, ill be getting my 21:14 at Fast Cats this weekend.
