interesting combination of stuff today, went down to the woods and did a long loop and a short loop and back, buncha push ups situps and leglifts, with lavallee leading the way, so they were much worse than when the captains do. then over to bernon for a gauntlet tri-group fun session. smaller gauntlet today, one group did 4 loops through, one group did indian runs around the field, and the third group did a nature loop. all done all 3 things was one set, we did 2. then we ran abck and lavallee asked if anyone wanted to go for some more and i did, so we went. lots others followed though. those last 3ish miles (short loop in the woods) were pretty rough, but i needed the miles badly. not a very long week for me. guesstimated the mileage but the time (not including the gauntlets) is right.
