Comments:
did the same ins and outs type thing. walk 100m, jog 100m. i'm having trouble slowing myself down for the jog. about halfway through i started getting dull pain around the outside of the ankle so i realized i really should concentrate on actually jogging and not doing these baloney 6:20 pace things. stupid stupid stupid. kinda sore afterwords.
