tried to do my own little workout thing... i hate these, i can't tell if they do anything and i'm so sick of being separated from the team. GAHHHHHH!
anyways warmup was 6 lengths of kickboard and 4 lengths of freestyle. i did 6x3:00 aquajogging at a fast pace (trying to mimic 800s, not like i know anything at all about how to cross train nor that anyone would bother to give me advice because of course that would be too simple). 2 mins rest between each. it got rough but i know i kept a similar pace throughout because i kept more or less the same distance traveled. and my hr was in that zone 5 so at least i can say i got something accomplished. now to write my paper...
