Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
did a weird preset workout on elliptical, keeping the spm at or above 150 on resistance level 5. it felt good for the most part but around 40 mins i have no idea why but the sides of my ankle got really sore and my achilles twinged if i lifted it too much. slowed down and did a mini cooldown and iced. now i'm pretty sore when walking - no achilles pain but i feel a little sharpness when i happen to turn my ankle to the side. not doing elliptical again. now to write my other paper...
