Comments:
warmup of 6 lengths of kickboard, 4 lengths of freestyle, and 10 mins of easy aquajogging. workout was 10x60 seconds of super aquajog fastness. measured a distance to keep myself on tempo. times ranged from 64 to 56 seconds. rest was 60 seconds. felt pretty good. i guess i would equate this to a 300 workout? who knows. all i know is that it's all i can do at this point. grrr
