7:30am - 1.5mi. Shake-loose run w/Danger.
11:40am - 2mi. warmup; SDSU Classic 8K - 30:17 (5:37, 6:03, 6:11, 6:11, 6:15); 2mi. cooldown.

I did not race, though my calves and left hamstring felt tight and sore afterwards. Course was filled with "mogul"-type hills, and several sharp turns. Lack of strength & speed was obvious. It was a little depressing.
