Comments:
20 minute jog to park (stopped part way to do drills). then 1600 (7:18), 3x800 (3:36, 3:28, 3:26), 400, and 200. the loop had some little hills that I swear were secretly mountains. I pushed myself hard, but I just didn't feel good or fast. it was one of those workouts that left me empty.
