Weather: good, especially in the beginning it was a little chilly but then it started to heat up during the race

- So i went into the race and really took off, the 1st 400 meters i was behind clinton, so i dont know if that was good or not. However, i then lost ALOT of ground in the start after i realized how fast i was going out. Then i just settled into a groove. I felt pretty good although i lost focus in the middle of the race and was thinking negative thoughts like i am never going to catch rett and graham and "i just want this to be over with". So those thoughts lasted for like 3 min and that was not good for my state of running. On the whole though i got a PR 28:45 and i guess i am pretty happy. #8 on the team.

45 min cooldown- with about 12 min being taken up by cheering the girls and the rest around the course and hanover's campus
