Comments:
12 minute warmup 50 minutes before the race and we did about 5-6 minutes more as we went to our starting boxes.weather conditions were very tough with the hot/sunny day. we ran pretty decent considering the conditons. Whit's time of 18:23 was super.. averaged 20:07 1-5 split.
8 minute cooldown with 2x 70 meter strides to finish.
