WARMED UP AROUND JCU. 6X800 2:22 TO 2:26 WITH ABOUT 2 MINUTE RECOVERY. 2X400 AT 66-67 WITH 60 RECOVERY. COOLED DOWN AFTER. FELT PRETTY CRAPPY LIKE I COULDNT KEEP PACE. WAS GOING ANAEROBIC WAY TOO SOON.
