Weather: 80 degrees 85% humid
Comments:
Before my run I went around route and placed water in 2 different locations, mile 3 and mile 5. I took 45seconds for water breaks and it made a big difference. Last mile was tough,but i concentrated on my breathing and my posture. I DID IT!!!
