Weather: 60 degrees- Windy!

Comments:
1200m warm up

4x800 with 3 minutes rest in between- 2:21, 2:18, 2:18, 2:17

2xHill loops- 2 Loops on the big hill. The first loop was probably 800 meters. The second loop was about 400 because we cut off to start the next part of the workout. The goal was to work the up-hill and jog back to the bottom.

4x100m hill sprints with 150m jog back to the bottom.

1200m cool down

Felt good today, It was a little windy but it was a good workout. My calf is hurting a little, its still cramped. Hopefully its nothing to serious. I will ice it later tonight.
