Comments:
4 x 1200. First time in a while with very minimal ankle pain. However, legs felt weak overall and I felt like I was working really hard just to go a few seconds under goal time (4:03 was goal). Knee tightened up on the cool down, iced afterwards. 2 x goat hill accounted for in cooldown section.
