Weather: nice running weather

hill workout today, the arena hills that is. something we deffinitely needed after so long of no hill workouts. nice 20-25 minute warmup and cooldown and a lot of continuous running in the workout made for a very solid day. 3 sets of 3 hills, first set fairly hard, second harder, last very hard but not sprinting. in between sets was a lap of the upper field normal and a lap of indian runs. lost some of the newer kids by the end of the workout but whatever. mileage guessed as best as possible. pace off cause of the workout pacing, obviously. cool down felt fast as balls at parts though, lol
