Weather: sunny, already almost 80 at 8am

really easy today, going to take it slowly, switching off between around 6 one day, then 3 then next until i feel stronger. today's was good though, and my legs and arms feel a lot better, i think i'm finally running enough to start to get my form back which is good, should make everything a lot easier.
