WATKINS MILL SIMULATION WORKOUT

Comments:
We did 2xalmost a mile, then 6x hills then 5x400m.
the 2xmile was the 2nd part of the regionals course. had lots of hills up and down. felt good. ran faster the 2nd time. 4:59 then 4:55.

then we did 6x hills. felt good, controlled.
then we did 5x400 on the track..fastest 400 repetitions i ever did, we had 2min break between. got 65 65 65 65 66.
Overall it was prob my best workout of the season. everyone else also did well! Counties should be fun.
