Exercise Type: Run
Comments:
Haven't been logging in a while, mostly cause I've just been frustrated with my knee and not being able to run. But today is the first official day of track season and it looks like I may be able to start running again in a week or so, so I'm gonna start this up again too. Went to practice, but just went through all the warm up drills without actually running. The team did 2x3 minutes w/ 45 second rest with a goal of going as far as possible in that time.
