First session of RedLine trainig this morning
2 mile warmup.. 2 miles full out 15 minute
rest..1 mile all out 3 minute rest.. 1 mile fast
cooldown back to DC.. Solid effort by everyone
today.. Times not real impressive, but solid
for the most part.. Times always seem to be
a bit slower when I've done RedLine in the morning
with the team, plus running with the guys
helps the girls push the pace.
