felt pretty good today, legs a little tired, probably from lack of sleep, but felt a lot better than i did yesterday, so at least i'm somewhat recovered. tempo went out at 5:26, 10:50, 16 and some change, 21:3something 27:07, pretty solid time, i'm happy about it, felt good breathing-wise, just didn't have the legs. long cooldown.
light ups after, need to get back in that habit now that my hip doesn't kill anymore (which is awesome).
