10 X 15 bent knee sit ups in sets between other machines. Quad work 6 X 15 no pin and 2nd pin lifts, all leg exercises, hamstring 6 X 15 ist and 2nd pin, both and single legs, ball on the wall 2 X 15, Lat pull down 4 X 15 @ 45#, 2 X 15 @ 60#, 4 X 15 side lifts 25 kg.
