Comments:
Ran all over reids, kept it at an easy pace. It was a good run, everyone felt good and was in a good mood. We started out walking for 5 minutes then ran for 17:30 then another 5 minute break, 17:30 running, and then ended with 5 minutes of walking for a total of 50 minutes.
