I'm pretty certain today was just supposed to be an average cross training day, but Darren said I had to do the same workout as everyone who didn't do one yesterday. 6 minutes fast with a 3 minute cooldown, 3 minutes fast with a 1.5 minute cooldown x2, 6 minutes fast with a 5 minute cooldown (plus some warmup). My legs are feeling pretty beat right now (3rd hard day in a row). Kept almost the same pace throughout.
