Comments:
Had to run at 2 so I could make it to a meeting by 4. Felt good for once. Kevin's pancakes fueled me well.
2 mile warmup, 1x1200 @ 15-20 seconds faster than race pace, 8x1 minute fast, 1x1200 like a monster, 2 mile cool down.
