Comments:
run to cass park and back - five miles total - on, off workout with 3 min. tempo, 2 min. jog, 2 min. on, 1 min. off, 1 min. on, 30 sec. off, 30 sec. on - 2 min. jog in between sets - 5 sets with Jackie, Amelia, and Taylor, ended up circling the field 12.5 times, if we kept count correctly - a perfect pack workout, felt so good and smooth once we found our rhythm.
