Felt alright coming in. Ran my best A1 3000 ever (10:49) and hit time on the 2000, and was under on every other time. Good workout overall. Had a scary moment where I had to kick pretty hard to beat Haley on a 200m fly (31.7). Legs are pretty beat now. 3 x 200m was at the end.
