Comments:
Did another hard workout today with 10x400 at a little faster than race pace. I was trying to hit all at 10 or slower so i did work today. Legs are really tired and its a good thing tomorrow is the last real day of training. Time to go ham! Also did recover jogs of 300m for the first 5. 10,9,10,9,9,8,7,8,7,3
