longish day just around, short loop and a reverse morning long loop, which kinda sucked lol. not sure why but we all started hurting near the end. not too fast either i guess, but it wasnt supposed to be so thats good. had the jon massage too, hopefully that doesnt screw me for tomorrow's running of the walkathon. i think ill be fine
