Comments:
Hard pyramid workout today. With a wet track and water spray this definately was a fun workout to some degree. I beat lamb on most of them, well atleast the ones that matter. Easy day tomorrow so hopefully my legs will begin to recover. Neg'ed all expect the 1000's
