..bad day...

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
I have honestly never felt that much pain on my ankle, shins, etc.. my hip wasn't hurting, but after 5 min of walking; i was already feeling pins and needles in my legs. They were completely numb. It started hurting as soon as I was running..but when I was running on the grass when I got back for 2 laps.. it didn't hurt at all untill i stopped running..then I started limping.

*ice and ibuprofen are my 2 new best friends :D
