Weather: chillyish...i guess?
Comments:
Was completely dead and exhasuted...to quote Natalie "I felt like I wanted to throw up before I started the workout"....still sore and had nothing to eat or drink at Calleva all day...whoppeee. saved up energy in the first mile and 8...thinking i was gonna run some more miles...well sike anthony made it 800's so I was dissapointed I didnt try harder in the mile...really picked it up in the last two 800's....dont really like these workouts but i get that there good for me so thats good.
Not exactly sure about the times below...they might be off slightly.
