split tempo/ speed workout with long intervals

Exercise Type: Run

Comments:
the first three miles felt great. it was relaxed and i think i could've run the whole six at 5:30ish pace if we didn't stop. but there was a 3:00 rest, and i tightened up and felt really sore when we started the two-mile. we took the first 800 out in 2:34, so that didn't help. i dropped off the group after that, but still ran decently: 5:18, 5:39. coach held me, bobby, and chris wade back for the last mile; i guess i looked pretty rough. we were going to try to run a 5:40 last mile, but it ended up being a 5:19. i felt really awful, but coach said i looked good and comfortable.
i think it was a combination of things: my stomach was giving me problems, i felt really sore, and i think i tweaked my groin on monday running those 200s. i went to the trainer to get some stretches that would help. did those, abs, and icebathed.
rhr: 48, pretty standard lately.
