Comments:
400 meter loop with a 100 meter rest - mostly flat, small downhill and small uphill - 10X400 at faster than race pace, supposed to start at 90 and go down from there. first one way too fast at an 85, went back to 91 with a pretty consistent decline past there with a few 90s, a few 89s, and a few 88s, not a continuous progression, a few too slow in the middle - felt really hard and fairly awful
