Comments:
first mile was 6:30. got boxed in, pushed around, kind of a let down. felt like I was going through the motions after that point. realized that I was still kind of sick with the coughing fit at the end. nifty how they sent my splits to my cell phone in real time. also nifty how my hip bone, which has been killing me all week, somehow feels much better after racing!
