Comments:
Morning run to get the legs moving before the race tomorrow. It turned out to be more of a race run than a pre-race run. Went through the first mile in 6:30, tried to slow down but went through two in 13:00. I had to practically jog just to finish in a reasonable time. Either way, I feel confident about tomorrow. Let's do it!
