Good race. It was perfect weather. I broke my 6k pr by a lot, not totally sure how much. I wanted to break 20 in the 5k, but I came through in 20:07, which is exactly what I ran at Cederville. Coach said though, that the woodchips really slowed everyone down, plus if it had been a 5k and not a 6k, I would have sped up. SO even though I didn't break 20, at least I can be pretty confident that I can/will break it sometime . So pumped for NYC!
