Exercise Type: Elliptical
Comments:
"hill interval" setting. basically 2 mins on 40% resistance at 9 incline, 2 mins 30% resistance at 3 incline. really got me working. felt a little lacticy in ze legs which made me wobbly on the elliptical so i did a bit of a walk on the treadmill after to stretch it out.
