Comments:
Felt okay but took it out like "a bat out of hell" so I thought I was going to die out but I felt okay and I really wanted top twenty so I passed some people and felt I did pretty good. I think I did make it hurt. However, my second mile was slower so thats a negative that I seem to have trouble fixing.
