Weather: A bit humid

Comments:
890 calories - 30% fat burn. Had a hard time keeping up. Luckily, Michelle and Cler had to take a bathroom break at the park so I walked for almost half of the boardwalk. they got ahead of me again and then stopped for water at the end so I kept going. When they caught up, I was able to stay with them. They were pretty tired too and we started doing alternate 1 & 2's.
