Weather: I just dont notice the weather during a meet

I PR'ed which was really good. I loved running at 12:45 because i got to enjoy myself and cheer (Sapanzer style) the rest of the meet without worrying about my race. Started off the first half mile boxed in with a group slower than me. I got really frustrated and literally ran through bushes to try to pass the pack. Set me back to a slower time than I could have gotten. Pushed the rolling hills well. I really loved the course alot...It made it feel so short, and after the big hill it was mostly down hill. Placed 23rd out of 30. If I cared about scoring I would probably be upset, but this season at least I'm just trying to improve and cut down my time by as much as possible.
