i felt like i should have been done running at 4 miles. at 8 i felt a little bit better, 10 was rough. stopped for some gatorade and a protein energy bar and i felt like a new man. those next 5 miles i knew i could get in 20. ran strong through 17. the last 3 i felt myself gettin a bit slower and more tired. duh i wonder why. no hip pain! right calve a little tight and quads and hamstrings sore. great run might i say. first 10 was at 7 minute mile pace. felt like i kept it to around 16 or 17.
