Comments:
jog to AU, 8x400 with 400+ recoveries, jog home. no target pace. well run, very consistent (even within each 400 too - like the 100s were all at the same pace)...ran 90, 90,89, 89, 89, 88, 83, 79. The boys helped pace on the last one, but I think I would have gone just as fast if they hadn't been there. As Anthony said, I ran the workout "like a true cross country runner," saving it for the end but running solidly and consistently until then. Good stuff :) REALLYYYY excited for st. James tomorrow!!! I love that course so much!!
