Comments:
Did a 2 mile warmup. Then we had to do 2-1-1 again. I have been extremely tired the past two days and today during the run my knee and hip were hurting quite a bit. Was about 30 seconds slower than last tuesday
:( Hopefully next week i will be on my game again.
