Comments:
on fetzer track. 1 minute recovery. 5:06, 5:11, 2:26, 2:25, 65. Took 1.5 minutes before the last 400. Felt the best I have felt in a while. I like doing my own works sometime. It is fun to chose what I want to do and not alway get beat up on by Marc and Brock. May try to run a road 5k this weekend. If I do, would like to break 16.
