Weather: nice running weather

epicly long run on the bikepath today, went out almost all the way with a lot of people, including slow ones, so it was pretty slow, but around the cumberland bridge lavallee and i just went out more. for like another mile and a half almost. then back was much faster than the way out, but not like crazy fast, just closer to normal speed when we do distance. stupid tight legs still hurt from yesterdays workout but they loosened up during the run. now they hurt like a bitch tho, i rly needa stretch em out and use the heat pack thing. hopefully i get on that tonight. i need to. felt rly good running that long tho, i liked it a lot. dumb ankle acting up, still havent told lavallee which is a rly bad plan. again, only hurt after the run pretty much. icing and takin advil will help hopefully. ran a tiny bt extra when we got back to get over 2 hours, i felt like a champ! and i was =]. good job today
