Wanted a more tempo-ish kinda hill workout, but hopefully this kicks in for next Wednesday. Tried to stick on Zwatty for the first 2, felt pretty good. Had to do the last one on my own, Zwatty wanted to be fresh for Saturday and John's groin was hurting him the whole time. Still pushed out a good effort.

I've decided and so has Dugan's watch that the Hill Mile course in 1.05 miles. Google Earth confirms that its about 94 meters long.
