i didn't think that was possible :P
no pain in achilles or even ankle for that matter, just worked it out i guess. did 10x 2 mins at level 10 resistance on level 10 incline then 2 mins easy at a lower resistance and incline. got pretty hard, really had to keep myself motivated. at least i got some mental training in..
