Comments:
Tough workout today, we did 400,200,200,400 with 45 second breaks in between. We did 4 segments of these. After each segment we had a 2 minute break. The last 2 segments we had 1 minute breaks in between and a 3 minute break after each segment. It was really hard for me today, ive been running tired all week and my hip was hurting me. After practice my knee and hip got worse, icing it and taking lots of aleve and tylenol.
