YCP... we did 1.5 warmup before starting our workout..
400..200..200..400 times 4
45 second recoveries in between on the first 2 sets with 2:00 after each set, and then we did 60 second recoveries on the last 2 sets and 3 minutes after each set..time wise we kept around 80 seconds for th4 400's and sub 40 for the 200's
2 hill repeats of 350 meters working the hill portion with good leg lift
exceptional workout today by everybody.
