Comments:
warmed up 2 before practice, then another 2.5 to the track. 8x400 with 200 jog recovery then 1 mile cooldown. felt good and relaxed, the 400's were easy and i was never working too hard. hit them in 76, 78, 77, 76, 76, 75, 74, 70.
